Shipping & Exchange Policy

This policy explains how Zeands Digital Innovations Private Limited ("Zeands Digital", "we", "us") delivers its services.
No physical shipping
Zeands Digital sells services, not physical products. Nothing is shipped and there are no shipping charges. We deliver work digitally, by email, through shared links, or directly in your website and ad accounts.
No exchanges
Because we do not sell physical products, exchanges do not apply. If you need a change to the scope of your work, tell us and we will agree it with you by email.
When work starts
We start once we have understood your project, sent you that understanding by email, and received your approval.
Typical timelines
As a general guide, expect about 7 working days. The actual time depends on the work, counted from your discovery call:
- Website: 2 to 5 days
- Branding: 7 days
- Digital marketing: 10 days
These are estimates, not fixed deadlines. Larger projects take longer, and delays in receiving content, access or approvals move the dates. We will confirm your timeline by email.
